在執行 HWC 黑沃咖啡 的品牌升級專案中,我們的工作核心在於建構一套具備「國際精品感」與「規模化潛力」的整合識別系統。專案從品牌標誌(Logo)的優化開始,我們將其核心 DNA 提煉為簡潔且具標誌性的視覺符號,確保其在不同媒介上的應用一致性。工作範疇橫跨了全系列商品視覺開發與節慶禮盒包裝設計,透過結構美學與材質策略,將咖啡的專業風味轉化為具備收藏價值的視覺資產。

更關鍵的任務在於空間識別整合(Environmental Graphic Design, EGD)。我們不只是做室內設計,而是將品牌視覺規範延伸至實體場域規劃,透過空間色彩控制、燈光佈局與動線上的品牌接觸點設計,確保消費者從視覺到觸覺都能感知到 HWC 的品牌價值。這是一場從平面圖形到三維感官的精準跨度,旨在透過系統化的視覺語言,協助 HWC 在競爭激烈的精品咖啡市場中,降低連鎖加盟的認知成本,並建立強而有力的品牌溢價與專業信任感。

In orchestrating the brand revitalization for HWC Coffee, our mandate was to engineer a high-performance Integrated Identity System that bridges premium positioning with scalable operational needs. The project commenced with a strategic Logo Refinement, distilling the brand’s DNA into a versatile visual shorthand. The scope extended to comprehensive Product Visuals and Seasonal Gift Packaging, where we leveraged structural aesthetics and material strategy to transform coffee expertise into high-value brand assets. A pivotal component was the Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) integration, where we extended the brand's visual logic into three-dimensional spatial planning.

 

By synchronizing spatial branding with customer journey touchpoints, we ensured a cohesive sensory experience. Ultimately, this systematic approach converts HWC’s corporate vision into an efficient visual language, minimizing recognition costs across its franchise network while fortifying its authority in the specialty coffee sector.
