在為全球指標性品牌 PLAYBOY 進行品牌主視覺(Key Visual)規劃時,我們的工作核心在於建構一個能兼顧「經典傳承」與「當代潮流」的視覺溝通框架。專案的核心挑戰在於高度複雜的資源整合(Resource Integration):我們擔任品牌方、代言人及其經紀公司、以及頂尖攝影師三方之間的戰略中樞。工作內容從品牌定位調研開始,我們必須在經紀公司對藝人形象的保護、與PLAYBOY 叛逆美學的品牌本質間找到精準平衡。我們負責統籌視覺腳本(Storyboard)的開發,並在拍攝現場主導跨部門協作,確保攝影師的視覺語彙能精確轉化為符合商業產出的高質感素材。這不只是影像製作,更是品牌與人物 IP 的協同活化。最後,我們將產出的主視覺系統化,延伸至全通路的數位媒體與實體店頭,確保品牌在複雜的代理體系下,仍能輸出高度一致、具備強烈視覺張力且符合國際規範的商業形象。

In orchestrating the Key Visual (KV) planning for the global icon PLAYBOY, our core mission was to construct a visual communication framework that harmonizes legacy heritage with contemporary trends. The project’s primary challenge lay in complex resource integration, where we served as the strategic hub between the brand, the brand ambassador, their talent agency, and top-tier photographers. Beginning with rigorous brand positioning research, we navigated the delicate balance between talent image protection and PLAYBOY’s quintessential rebellious aesthetic. Our role involved spearheading storyboard development and directing cross-functional collaboration on-set to ensure the photographer's creative language was precisely translated into high-impact commercial assets. This transcends traditional production; it is the synergistic activation of brand and persona IP. Ultimately, we systematized the resulting visuals across all digital and retail channels, ensuring that despite a complex licensing structure, the brand delivered a consistent, high-tension, and internationally compliant commercial image.
