在協助台灣手搖品牌「十杯」佈局日本都會區的海外拓展專案中,我們的工作核心在於建構一套具備「國際文化兼容性」的品牌整合體系。專案首先針對日本消費市場進行深度調研,重新定義品牌在高度競爭環境下的戰略定位。工作範疇涵蓋了品牌識別系統(CIS)的海外版本優化,以及針對日本狹小坪數與高效能作業需求的店裝空間規劃(Retail Spatial Design)。我們不僅負責視覺美學的輸出,更主導了跨國加盟標準手冊(Global Franchise Manual)的視覺整合,確保從店面招牌、動線指引到菜單介面,皆能符合日本市場對極致細節與品質的嚴苛要求。這是一場將台灣茶飲文化轉譯為日本都會生活風格的過程,我們透過系統化的設計工具,協助客戶降低跨國營運的溝通損耗,在保持品牌核心 DNA 的同時,精準建立起符合日本商業語境的精品形象。
In orchestrating the Japanese market entry for the Taiwanese tea brand 'Spade 10,' our mandate focused on developing a Cross-border Brand Integration system tailored for Tokyo’s high-density urban landscape. The project commenced with a strategic audit of Japanese consumer behavior, redefining the brand’s positioning within a hyper-competitive retail environment. Our scope of work encompassed the modernization of the Visual Identity (VI) system for international scalability and the execution of Retail Spatial Design optimized for high-efficiency, small-footprint urban storefronts. Beyond aesthetics, we spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Global Franchise Manual, ensuring that every touchpoint—from signage systems to spatial flow—meets the rigorous standards of Japanese craftsmanship and operational precision. By translating Taiwanese tea culture into a sophisticated Japanese lifestyle narrative, we empowered 'Spade 10' to minimize cross-cultural operational friction while establishing a robust, premium brand authority in the international market.
