在協助台灣大哥大發展品牌代言人「TAIWAN DUCK」的IP專案中,我們的工作核心在於建構一套具備高度商業適應性的品牌角色規範系統(Character Style Guide)。專案從角色性格與品牌 DNA 的深度融合出發,定義了 IP 的底層邏輯與視覺骨幹。工作範疇涵蓋了比例結構定義(Proportion System)、多維度的表情矩陣(Expression Matrix)、以及符合電信服務情境的專屬動作開發(Action & Pose Library)。此外,我們嚴格規範了品牌標準色在三維與二維空間中的演繹,確保 IP 在數位介面、廣告文宣及實體周邊應用時,均能維持絕對的視覺一致性。這不只是設計一個可愛的角色,而是透過系統化的設計工具,將抽象的品牌代言人轉化為可高度擴張的數位資產,協助台灣大哥大在碎片化的社群環境中,建立更具辨識度且具備情感溢價的品牌溝通載體。
In orchestrating the Character IP Development for Taiwan Mobile’s brand ambassador, our mandate focused on engineering a robust Character Style Guide that bridges brand legacy with digital-first engagement. We redefined the brand's persona through a systematic design framework, establishing a comprehensive Proportion System and a multidimensional Expression Matrix to ensure character depth. The scope of work extended to the development of a curated Action & Pose Library tailored for telecommunication service scenarios, alongside rigorous Color Consistency Standards for cross-platform deployment. Beyond mere aesthetics, we transformed the ambassador into a scalable Digital Visual Asset, optimizing its performance across social media, retail environments, and physical merchandise. By providing a structured identity system, we empowered Taiwan Mobile to minimize brand dilution while fortifying an emotional connection with its audience through a high-tension, recognizable visual shorthand.
